  • To be Code ready, you will  need a written agreement in place by July 1 so your milk can be collected.
  • That’s different to the old system  where processors could collect milk continuously without one.
  • We are making it easy – as of June 1 you can review agreements online, or request a paper version. 
  • The Code gives you a 14 day cooling off period so there’s room to change your mind.
  • A written agreement should be in place before your processor can collect your milk.
